Enter the order ID from your receipt to see its payment and print status. Each order shows its own ID, a downloadable receipt, and the current queue step.

Your order ID appears on the confirmation page after upload and on the receipt sent once payment is verified.

From QR payment to queue

Scan the Razorpay QR
Pay the amount shown in your print preview using the Razorpay QR code. The total follows the stated rate of ₹10 per black-and-white side or ₹20 per colour side.

Automatic verification
Razorpay confirms the payment through a secure webhook. The order moves forward only after this verified status is recorded.

Receipt and order ID
A verified payment generates an order ID and a downloadable receipt that you can use to track progress.

Print queue update
Status changes to queued once the Windows print agent confirms the job. Printing progress is shown only when the agent reports it.
Printing starts only after Razorpay confirms payment. No order is marked paid until that verified status arrives.— Payment verification policy
